Our 3rd Last Game

Well, baseball is finally over. We lost every game but one and we played that team again tonight and lost. Three games ago they told us that was our last game and we would not be in the tournament. When that game was over they found out we would be in the tournament so we had one more game. Last Thursday we went to play our last game and found out it was double elimination and would be playing again today. So we just lost our third last game and came in dead last. Gage does not know nor does he care. He got a participation trophy tonight and he made the assumption that it is for 2nd place. He is very proud of that trophy and on the way home asked "i wonder who got last place?" I didn't have the heart to tell him which team came in last place.
